Arthur Avom, l’histoire d’un rêve européen construit dans la frustration
Derrière les trophées et les distinctions individuelles se cache parfois une réalité bien plus complexe pour les jeunes footballeurs africains. Arthur Avom, espoir du football, a levé le voile sur les difficultés et les frustrations qui jalonnent le parcours de nombreux talents du continent, entre reconnaissance locale et rêve d’exil vers l’Europe.
Formé dans un environnement où le football représente à la fois une passion et un espoir d’ascension sociale, Arthur Avom s’est rapidement distingué sur les terrains. Lors de nombreuses compétitions disputées dans différentes villes, le jeune joueur s’est régulièrement illustré en terminant meilleur buteur, meilleur joueur et lauréat de plusieurs tournois. Pourtant, ces performances remarquables n’ont pas suffi à lui ouvrir immédiatement les portes du football européen.
« J’avais beaucoup de frustration dans le sens où on organisait les compétitions dans différentes villes. J’en sortais en étant lauréat, meilleur buteur, meilleur joueur. Mais le but en fait, c’était de quitter le pays et de venir au plus vite en Europe pour réaliser le rêve de tout jeune joueur africain », confie-t-il.
Cette attente prolongée, souvent incomprise, fait partie du quotidien de nombreux jeunes talents africains. Malgré ses distinctions individuelles, Arthur Avom a dû faire face à une réalité parfois difficile à accepter : voir certains de ses coéquipiers s’envoler vers l’Europe avant lui. Une situation qui a nourri un sentiment d’injustice, mais qui a également renforcé sa détermination.
« Ça n’a pas été facile car des coéquipiers sont partis avant moi malgré le fait que je recevais des distinctions », explique-t-il avec sincérité.
Au-delà de son cas personnel, le témoignage d’Arthur Avom illustre les défis structurels auxquels sont confrontés de nombreux jeunes footballeurs africains : manque de visibilité, opportunités limitées, réseaux d’agents inégaux et parcours souvent dépendants de circonstances extérieures au terrain.
Malgré ces obstacles, le joueur incarne la résilience et la persévérance, deux qualités indispensables pour espérer percer dans un univers extrêmement compétitif. Son parcours rappelle que derrière chaque réussite africaine sur les pelouses européennes se cache une histoire faite de sacrifices, de patience et d’une volonté inébranlable.
Arthur Avom continue ainsi d’avancer, porté par un rêve partagé par des milliers de jeunes joueurs africains : transformer leur talent en une carrière professionnelle au plus haut niveau.

Le ministre du Travail et de la Sécurité Sociale Grégoire Owona a publié un communiqué en réaction aux informations relayées sur les réseaux sociaux et faisant état de dysfonctionnements internes et de primes mal distribuées à des agents du ministère.
« Le Ministre tient à rappeler que toute dénonciation supposée ou réelle, relative au fonctionnement de l’administration publique mérite d’être examinée avec sérieux, responsabilité et dans le respect des procédures en vigueur. Ce qui sera entrepris sans délai par les structures appropriées compte tenu de la gravité de certains agissements supposés mais aussi de dénonciations inexactes », indique le communiqué signé par Grégoire Owona.
Communiqué relatif aux informations récemment relayées sur les réseaux sociaux concernant le Ministère du Travail et de la Sécurité Sociale.
Le Ministre du Travail et de la Sécurité Sociale a pris connaissance des dénonciations et publications abondamment relayées sur les réseaux sociaux faisant état de dysfonctionnements internes et de primes mal distribuées à des agents du ministère.
Le Ministre tient à rappeler que toute dénonciation supposée ou réelle, relative au fonctionnement de l’administration publique mérite d’être examinée avec sérieux, responsabilité et dans le respect des procédures en vigueur. Ce qui sera entrepris sans délai par les structures appropriées compte tenu de la gravité de certains agissements supposés mais aussi de dénonciations inexactes.
Le Ministre du Travail et de la Sécurité Sociale réaffirme qu’il ne saurait tolérer aucun manquement aux principes d’éthique, de bonne gouvernance, de transparence et de respect des droits et obligations professionnels, quel que soit le niveau de responsabilité concerné au sein du Ministère.
Tout en rappelant l’existence de mécanismes institutionnels de signalement et de traitement des dysfonctionnements internes, le Ministre demeurera très attentif aux préoccupations exprimées par les agents et réaffirme son attachement au dialogue social, à la dignité professionnelle et à l’amélioration continue des conditions de travail au sein de son administration.
