12 sauvés par les pompiers

Ce sont les sapeurs pompiers du Centre de Suivi Opérationnel du 20ᵉ Groupement de Sapeurs-Pompiers, basé à Ngodi Akwa qui ont procédé au sauvetage des 12 sinistrés.
L’incendie s’était déclaré dans un immeuble à Nkoulouloun – Douala dans la nuit du 22 au 23 juin 2026, aux environs de 20h30.
Les sapeurs pompiers ont été en effet informés d’un feu au quartier Nkoulouloun, lieu-dit Ancienne SONEL. Rapidement transportés sur les lieux, les sapeurs pompiers de Ngodi ont été confrontés à un violent feu de magasin situé au rez-de-chaussée d’un bâtiment R+3 à usage mixte, commerces et habitations avec plusieurs personnes bloquées dans les habitations.
L’action des sapeurs pompiers a consisté à procéder au sauvetage et à la mise en sécurité de 12 personnes. Les éléments du Centre de Suivi Opérationnel du 20ᵉ Groupement de Sapeurs-Pompiers, basé à Ngodi Akwa ont utilisé des échelles à coulisse et à crochets pour porter secours aux victimes.
Par ailleurs, indiquent les sapeurs pompiers, « le feu a été maîtrisé à l’aide de deux petites lances et d’une lance à mousse. »
Grâce à la prompte réaction des sapeurs pompiers, aucune perte en vie humaine n’a été déplorée. Cependant, les dégâts matériels sont importants.

Blé : le Cameroun prépare un plan de 30,9 milliards FCFA pour structurer la filière locale

(Investir au Cameroun) – Le gouvernement camerounais veut franchir une nouvelle étape dans le développement d’une filière locale du blé. Réunis le 24 juin 2026 à Yaoundé, dans le cadre d’un atelier de concertation conduit par le ministère de l’Agriculture et du Développement rural (Minader), les acteurs de la filière ont examiné et validé un plan d’action triennal dont la mise en œuvre devrait démarrer en 2027. Le coût du programme est évalué à environ 30,9 milliards de FCFA, selon les informations rapportées à l’issue des travaux.
Ce nouveau plan vise à passer d’une logique essentiellement expérimentale à une phase de production plus structurée. Il repose sur trois axes : la production de semences certifiées, l’accompagnement des producteurs de blé marchand et la mise en place d’infrastructures de stockage, de transformation et de commercialisation. L’objectif est de créer une chaîne plus complète, de la semence jusqu’au marché, dans un pays encore très dépendant des importations pour l’approvisionnement de ses minoteries et des industries de la farine, du pain, des pâtes alimentaires et des biscuits.
Des semences locales pour viser 180 000 tonnes de blé
Selon les projections présentées lors de l’atelier, le programme nécessitera l’exploitation de 4 500 hectares destinés à produire environ 9 000 tonnes de semences certifiées. Ces volumes devraient ensuite permettre de soutenir une production commerciale estimée à 180 000 tonnes de blé sur la durée du plan.
Les activités seront concentrées dans les régions de l’Extrême-Nord, du Nord, de l’Adamaoua, de l’Ouest et du Nord-Ouest, identifiées comme des bassins favorables à cette culture. Le dispositif prévoit notamment la mise à disposition d’intrants, de produits phytosanitaires et d’appuis techniques aux producteurs, avec l’objectif d’améliorer les rendements et de réduire les coûts de production.
Le plan s’appuie sur les acquis du Projet de production et de transformation du blé au Cameroun, mis en œuvre par l’Institut de recherche agricole pour le développement (Irad) et doté d’une enveloppe d’environ 10 milliards de FCFA. Ces dernières années, les travaux de recherche ont permis de tester des variétés adaptées à plusieurs zones agroécologiques du pays et de relancer la production de semences de base, notamment sur le site de Wassandé, dans l’Adamaoua.
D’après Eddy Ngonkeu Mangaptche, conseiller technique n°2 au ministère de la Recherche scientifique et de l’Innovation, près de 600 tonnes de semences sont en cours de récolte. Ces volumes pourraient permettre d’emblaver environ 6 000 hectares, à condition que la chaîne de multiplication, de distribution et d’encadrement des producteurs soit effectivement opérationnelle.
Une réponse encore modeste face au poids des importations
L’enjeu dépasse la seule relance agricole. Le blé reste l’un des produits alimentaires les plus importés par le Cameroun. Sa facture pèse sur les réserves en devises et sur la balance commerciale, surtout dans un contexte où les cours internationaux ont été fortement perturbés ces dernières années par les tensions géopolitiques, les coûts logistiques et la volatilité des marchés céréaliers.
Le nouveau programme intervient alors que le Plan intégré d’import-substitution agropastoral et halieutique (PIISAH), lancé pour la période 2024-2026, arrive à son terme. Ce dispositif gouvernemental visait à réduire la dépendance du pays à plusieurs produits de grande consommation, dont le riz, le maïs, le blé, l’huile de palme, le poisson et le lait. Mais, dans le cas du blé, les résultats restent encore limités au regard du niveau des importations.
La principale difficulté sera de transformer les acquis de la recherche en production commerciale régulière. Le Cameroun devra non seulement produire suffisamment de semences certifiées, mais aussi convaincre les producteurs d’entrer dans la culture du blé, sécuriser les débouchés auprès des minoteries, garantir des prix incitatifs et maîtriser les contraintes techniques liées aux rendements, à l’eau, aux intrants, au stockage et à la qualité du grain.
Le plan de 30,9 milliards de FCFA apparaît donc comme une nouvelle tentative de concrétiser une ambition ancienne: réduire progressivement la dépendance du Cameroun aux importations de blé. Mais son succès dépendra de sa capacité à dépasser le stade des annonces et des parcelles pilotes pour faire émerger une filière économiquement viable, capable d’approvisionner durablement les industriels locaux.
À court terme, l’objectif de 180 000 tonnes ne suffira pas à couvrir les besoins nationaux. Il peut toutefois constituer un test décisif pour les politiques d’import-substitution. Si le programme parvient à organiser une chaîne crédible entre recherche, producteurs, transformateurs et marché, le blé local pourrait commencer à occuper une place réelle dans l’approvisionnement national. Dans le cas contraire, le Cameroun restera exposé à une facture d’importation structurellement élevée, malgré la multiplication des plans de relance.

Lâchement agressé à L’aéroport international de Douala par un activiste aux ordres, je brise le silence à travers ce réquisitoire au vitriol. Derrière la violence et la diffamation numérique se cache une tentative d’assassinat intellectuel visant à me faire payer mon soutien inconditionnel au Président Paul BIYA*. Face aux partisans du chaos, en *intellectuel de conviction*, je réaffirme que *ma détermination reste de granit.
_Analyse d’une cabale manquée et célébration d’une fidélité qui puise sa source dans l’onction divine du Chef de l’État._
Introduction : L’agression de Douala ou les convulsions de la félonie partisane
La lâcheté a désormais un visage, et elle s’exprime dans les terminaux de nos aéroports. Il y a de cela quelques jours, j’ai été la cible d’une agression barbare à l’aéroport international de Douala par un individu manifestement instrumentalisé. Non content de porter atteinte à mon intégrité, cet agent de la subversion a diffusé les images de son forfait sur les réseaux sociaux, accompagnées de propos diffamatoires d’une rare violence. *En attendant que la justice de mon pays* – que j’ai saisie par une plainte formelle – *ne broie cet imposteur* recherché en ce moment par les forces de sécurité, une question lancinante s’impose au regard du timing : *à qui profite le crime ?* La réponse ne souffre aucune ambiguïté : *on cherche à me faire payer mon soutien indéfectible au Chef de l’État et ma dénonciation systématique des entrepreneurs séditieux que sont Kamto Maurice et Issa Tchiroma Bakary* .
Pour décrypter cette *manœuvre de déstabilisation psychologique*, nous j’analyserais d’une part la corrélation évidente entre mon œuvre doctrinale et cette lâche tentative de musellement, avant de démontrer d’autre part pourquoi le terrorisme intellectuel des putschistes s’effondre face à mon serment d’obéissance divine au Président Paul BIYA.
*I. Le chronogramme de la haine : Un complot contre le sanctuaire de la paix*
Le hasard n’existe pas en politique, encore moins dans les laboratoires de l’insurrection. Le 20 mai dernier, j’ai publié un ouvrage monumental de 600 pages, véritable viatique de souveraineté, intitulé : « *Paul BIYA, le sanctuaire de la paix face aux défis de l’histoire contemporaine* : _L’art de la force tranquille comme bouclier d’une Nation souveraine_ ». C’est précisément au moment où je lance la vulgarisation et le déploiement de cette exégèse scientifique que survient cette *agression téléguidée, orchestrée pour souiller mon honneur et saboter ma réputation*. Les professionnels du désordre ont compris que *ce livre est une munition idéologique lourde qui pulvérise leurs fables révisionnistes*.
On veut faire taire l’intellectuel de combat qui, *le premier au Cameroun, a lancé l’appel républicain des universitaires et de la société civile pour la candidature du Chef de l’État à l’élection présidentielle d’octobre 2025*, bien avant les structures formelles de mon parti politique, le RDPC. *J’ai soutenu cette candidature avec une foi inébranlable* lorsqu’il a accepté ce sacrifice pour la Nation, *j’ai combattu avec la dernière énergie la candidature illégale de Kamto Maurice*, et *j’ai terrassé les mensonges insurrectionnels d’Issa Tchiroma Bakary*. Ce *combat pour la vérité* a triomphé : le Président a été plébiscité par le peuple souverain, et j’ai eu l’insigne honneur d’assister à sa prestation de serment. C’est cette *victoire éclatante* que *les vaincus de l’histoire* tentent aujourd’hui de me faire payer.
Cette *cabale aéroportuaire* confirme le diagnostic que je pose depuis des années : *les officines du chaos sont aux abois* face au monolithisme de la pensée républicaine. En ciblant ma personne, *les factions putschistes cherchent à créer un climat de terreur* pour paralyser l’intelligentsia organique du Renouveau. Ils oublient que *la science et l’engagement patriotique ne reculent pas devant les assauts des brigands de la pensée*, et que chaque persécution ne fait qu’enraciner davantage ma stature de sentinelle inexpugnable du régime.
*II. La détermination du bloc monolithique : l’obéissance à Dieu contre le terrorisme insurrectionnel*
Que les *partisans du chaos* et les *putschistes embusqués* se le tiennent pour dit : *ils ne m’impressionnent pas*. Leurs *gesticulations barbares* ne font que mettre en relief leur *ridicule absolu* et leur déroute politique. *Ma détermination à soutenir le Président Paul BIYA demeure intacte*, protégée par une armature de lumière. *Aucune intimidation, aucune menace de mort, aucune campagne de cyber-harcèlement ne me fera reculer d’un seul millimètre*. Avec le Président *Paul BIYA*, je marche sur le seul chemin de la vérité, une voie lumineuse partagée par l’immense majorité des Camerounais.
*Soutenir Paul BIYA*, ce n’est pas seulement un choix politique, *c’est respecter la volonté de Dieu, l’être suprême qui l’a placé et maintenu à la tête du Cameroun* pour en faire un havre providentiel. *J’ai choisi d’obéir à l’onction divine, et je le manifeste au grand jour, avec fierté, sourire et une résolution d’acier*. Avec *Paul BIYA*, nous avons la paix, la justice, le progrès, le vivre-ensemble et le Cameroun un et indivisible. C’est donc lui, et lui seul, notre boussole inaltérable.*Le terrorisme intellectuel de la cinquième colonne s’échoue sur le roc de ma foi républicaine*.
Les invectives de ces *apprentis sorciers* s’effondreront systématiquement face au verdict des urnes et à la puissance inflexible de l’appareil d’État. En opposant le sourire de la certitude doctrinale à la *bave des crapauds médiatiques*, je réaffirme que *la légitimité ne se négocie pas dans les caniveaux du cyber-espace ou par des embuscades physiques*. Je fais partie des honnêtes gens, ces citoyens convaincus qui forment un bloc d’acier derrière notre chef naturel, le Président *Paul BIYA*, et aucune *force satanique* ne saurait fissurer ce pacte de sang scellé pour la survie du Triangle National.
Conclusion : L’offensive intellectuelle continue
En définitive, *j’ordonne aux marchands de haine de cesser leurs intimidations stériles* car elles renforcent mon engagement. Très bientôt, et n’en déplaise aux *prophètes du chaos*, j’organiserai sur l’ensemble du territoire national les *cérémonies de dédicace* de mon livre sur le Chef de l’État, sans crainte et sous la protection des institutions de la République. Je continuerai, infatigablement, à *mobiliser la jeunesse camerounaise derrière le seul dirigeant qui comprend ses aspirations profondes et y apporte des solutions concrètes*. Derrière le Président *Paul BIYA*, restons debout, car aucune force satanique ne saurait éteindre la clarté du Renouveau.
Notre fidélité à *Paul BIYA* est un décret divin inatteignable. Par lui, avec lui, et en lui.
Vive le Président Paul BIYA, notre boussole éternelle !
